The Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum was opened in 1977, the museum displays both civilian and military aspects that include hundreds of artifacts such as books, badges, uniforms, engines and aircrafts. The museum gives information from a heritage point of view, visitors go out of the museum with a great knowledge about aviation, the Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum is a non profit volunteer organization, with funds coming from corporate sponsors, government organizations and individuals and are used for further growth and development of the museum.
